Working through the legal system is never easy. While some lawyers are concerned with every tiny detail of the case, I know in the long run it is more important to resolve the larger concerns of each client rather than to fight over the minute points right away.
At my firm, I am focused on settling divorce and other disputes outside of the courtroom. I offer clients throughout Santa Rosa, California, the counsel they need to make informed and healthy legal decisions. To schedule your appointment with an experienced lawyer, contact me online or call 707-568-5223.
Using a variety of cooperative methods such as assisted settlement as well as divorce mediation and collaborative law, I work with clients to help them resolve all aspects of their divorce in an amicable fashion. Unlike some professionals who simply move through the motions of their job, I am passionate about helping clients reach their legal goals. I represent clients in family law, estate planning and estate administration:
Prior to opening my own law firm, I worked as a law clerk in the Office of the District Attorney in Sonoma County. During that time, I spent a great deal of time in the courtroom, representing the best interests of children and the State. The hearings I handled quickly convinced me that court was an inefficient, costly and often counterproductive way to resolve family law disputes.
I have real-world and legal experience balancing work/life issues and resolving complex issues between parties that do not want to go to court. To schedule an appointment, contact me online or call 707-568-5223.
